    Pipping Ceremony
    14 Police Head Constables of Mumbai Traffic Police have been promoted to the post of Assistant Police Inspector, and 13 Police Constables and Police Naiks have been promoted to the post of Head Constable. Promotion is not just a salary increase but also a reflection of the loyalty and hard work of the police officers and men towards their duties and years of hard work. Therefore, with the aim of making promotion not just an administrative procedure but a source of inspiration for the officers and men being promoted, on the orders of the Honourable Police Commissioner of Mumbai. 17 Police Officers and Men of the Traffic Police, along with their families, were felicitated by the Honourable Additional Police Commissioner, Traffic, Mumbai, Mrs. Priyanka Naranware, at a Pipping Ceremony. During the said program, Shri Samadhan Pawar, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central and Headquarters Traffic Mumbai, and Shri Pradeep Chavan. The Deputy Commissioner of Police, East Suburban, Traffic, Mumbai, was also present.

    Road Safety Week 2024

    Road Safety Patrol parade as a part of ‘Road Safety Week 2024’ was conducted at Naigaon Police Parade Ground, Dadar (W). Mumbai Police Commissioner Shri. Vivek Phansalkar took the salute of the Road Safety Patrol Parade 2024 & felicitated the award winners.

    Both the driver and pillion rider were seen wearing helmets properly while riding the motorcycle and were given certificates as a token of appreciation by the traffic department.
